Bouquets are generally out of water for a full day, so whenever you can remember to drop it in water, do! At the end of the night remember to place the flowers back in water & store somewhere cool. Be sure to grab a centrepiece too as those flowers are in water all day and hold up better!

Like any natural product, care is needed to ensure the durability of the flowers. Many factors will play a major role in how long your flowers will last such as the amount of sunlight, humidity, and heat that the frame is exposed to. These factors will determine its lifespan.

Yes, preserved flowers will change color over time. White flowers may become creamy, soft pinks may turn light grey, and red flowers may darken. Some flowers may develop a more antique appearance, especially dark to mid pink, peach, white, and yellow flowers. We cannot guarantee that your flowers will maintain their original color, as all flowers fade during the dehydration process. Flowers we do not recommend for preservation include succulents, chrysanthemums, asparagus fern, and Anthurium. Most other traditional wedding flowers preserve well.

Our couples are always so appreciative to be gifted their preserved sentimental flowers after their wedding! If you'd like to gift the couple a gift card or custom piece featuring the flowers from their wedding, arrangements need to be made prior to the event, ensuring flowers are to be mailed asap after the wedding. Reaching out to us here before the event is best, we would be more than happy to walk you through the process!

The sooner we receive your flowers the better result you will have once it is preserved. If you cannot drop them to petrie QLD, we can pick up flowers for a small fee.

Package tight where there is not a lot of room for the flowers to move around but also the flowers are free from being pushed up against anything. You can easily ship your flowers, we will provide address on where you can send your flowers once you have secured your spot with us.

No, at Vintage Flower Box, all custom frames are handbuilt and hand painted, making each one unique. As a result, they may come with small dints and blemishes. This is part of the charm of our handmade products and adds to the rustic, vintage appeal of our flower boxes. Each flower box is crafted with care and attention to detail, ensuring that you receive a one-of-a-kind piece that adds character to your space.

Flowers that arrive damaged or beyond a condition that is acceptable for preservation will not be replaced without your consent and approval. Any additional charges for replacement flowers will be added to your balance.

The vintage flower box is not responsible for any lost, late or damaged flowers. Unfortunately this is our of our hands, 99% of the time we receive the flowers in good condition. • If they arrive damaged, I will send you pictures and will be in contact • If flowers are lost, you will need to contact the post office and investigate what’s happened and from them we can discuss further, with what you would like to do.

Your framed flowers will be shipped to the address that you specify during the Shipping process. If you are shipping to more than one address, additional shipping charges will apply. If you anticipate moving before your order is completed, please contact us with your new shipping address to avoid additional shipping charges due to returned or forwarded delivery. Tracking number will be sent in an email once flowers have been completed, we used a company that’s insures door-to-door delivery, documentation, timely tracking and notifications. Once your piece is completed there will be a flat rate cost for postage $172.88 additional, insurance can be added for and extra $100. the cost of return postage will be on the invoiced and paid all together. (Australia only) the return postage is always at customers cost.

We recommend using Australia Express Post guaranteed next day delivery. We have found this to be a very reliable and cost-effective option costing approximately $35.00 – $180.00, depending on weight and location.

The vintage flower box does not accept change of mind refunds however if for some unknown reason your flowers arrive to us in an unsalvageable condition, I will contact you to arrange the best way ahead, whether that be refunding your deposit or replacing your flowers with new flowers.

At Vintage Flower Box, we take great care in packaging and shipping our products to ensure they arrive safely and in perfect condition. However, we are not responsible for loss, damage, or breakage once the package has been posted. In the rare event that loss or breakage occurs, and you have paid for insurance, please contact us ASAP. We will work with you as best as we can to replace or repair the piece with new framing. However, please note that if the flowers themselves are damaged or lost, we will not be responsible for replacement or repair. We strive to provide the best customer service and will do our best to address any issues that may arise during shipping. Thank you for your understanding and support of Vintage Flower Box.

A weekly $15 storage fee will apply after 30 days, and the invoice will be cancelled after 60 days of no communication regarding collection & flowers will get passed on.

We understand that storage space is limited, and we want to work with you to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience. If you anticipate any challenges in collecting your items within the specified timeframe, please reach out to us so that we can work together to find a solution that meets your needs. If you receive the wrong order, please contact us immediately. We will investigate the issue and arrange for the correct frame to be sent to you. You may need to return the incorrect frame in the same condition and packaging. We will guide you through the process to ensure a smooth resolution.

We do not accept change of mind refunds once your flowers have been dropped off. However, if your flowers arrive in an unsalvageable condition, we will contact you to discuss the best course of action, whether that be refunding your deposit or replacing your flowers with new ones.

If you're outside Brisbane and not in our pick-up and drop-off zone, we recommend using Australia Express Post for next-day delivery. This option is reliable and cost-effective, typically costing between $85.00 and $230. Ensure your flowers are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

We do not offer refunds as all orders are unique to each customer. Once your frame is complete, you are not entitled to a refund if you are dissatisfied with the color or texture of your flowers, as these are normal results of the preservation process. Please ensure you understand this before proceeding with your order.
